A unified booking platform for short-lets and rentals.
The Lagos short-let market is crowded and fast-moving. CasaFlo had built trust through word of mouth and manual bookings, but growth meant their offer needed to be clearer, faster, and available on demand. Beyond short-lets, they wanted to bundle cars, beach houses, hotels, and essentials into one confident experience.
Bookings ran on calls, DMs, and spreadsheets. Agents hunted for availability, customers waited for callbacks, and payment confirmations took too long. CasaFlo needed a single web and mobile platform where listings, booking, and payments felt instant, trustworthy, and self-serve.
Design a product that lets people discover spaces, compare options, and complete bookings without calling an agent—while keeping the brand’s personal, premium feel.

Based on client goals and competitive reviews, I mapped the journeys to keep people oriented: search → compare → book → pay → confirm. The flow trims agent dependency and makes “what happens next” obvious on every step.
I condensed the flow into four core screens—landing, listings, booking, payment—to validate layout and copy quickly with the client before investing in high fidelity.
Hero copy focuses on speed and trust, with quick filters and proof points that help visitors jump straight into relevant stays.
Mobile mirrors the web flow with tighter summaries, faster filters, and a wallet-forward checkout to keep repeat bookings quick.
COVID paused development, but the validated designs defined clear success criteria and a roadmap the team can resume when ready.
